The William Brown Building is a mixed-use development which was purchased by William Charles Real Estate in 1997 using historic tax credits. William Charles invested over $6 million into the building, turning an old bank (built in 1891-92) into 30 loft style apartments with BMO Harris Bank on the first floor.
